IAM Engineer Public Sector (a)

Adnovum Group AG seeks a Mid-level IAM Engineer for hybrid work in Bern, CH. The role focuses on implementing digital identity solutions for public sector clients, requiring strong technical skills in IAM standards and languages.

The company is looking for a professional to help build and deploy modern digital identity systems for public sector clients. This position allows the holder to deepen their technical expertise while working on meaningful projects, with clear pathways to advance into leadership, advisory, or project delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver complex client projects
• Develop, structure, and roll out contemporary Identity and Access Management frameworks
• Refine system designs and operational workflows
• Set up and connect IAM tools within client setups, covering single sign-on, role structures, web interfaces, provisioning, and web application firewalls
• Streamline testing, building, and release cycles through automation
• Provide technical guidance and strategic advice to clients on security and architecture

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science
• Solid understanding of Linux and a track record in intricate integration work
• Familiarity with digital identity products like OneIdentity and target platforms such as Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases, and LDAP
• Strong grasp of IAM principles and protocols including RBAC, ABAC, SSO, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Federation, and Zero Trust
• Fluency in both German and English
• Readiness to pass a Personal Security Screening by Swiss authorities
