IAM Engineer (a)

Adnovum Group AG seeks a Senior IAM Engineer in Zürich to design and integrate digital identity solutions across Linux, Windows, and container environments. The role requires strong technical expertise in IAM standards and excellent German and English skills.

The company is looking for a senior specialist to build and embed secure digital identity architectures within client environments. This position focuses on creating resilient security frameworks while providing strategic guidance and hands-on implementation support for complex integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Architect and embed identity and access management elements across Linux, Windows, and container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Construct and deploy necessary IAM workflows, components, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with clients to define and execute technical specifications for IAM system integration.
• Provide multi-level advisory services, including architectural and strategic consulting, while actively contributing to project execution.

Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science from an ETH, university of applied sciences, or university.
• Demonstrate strong Linux proficiency alongside a minimum of five years handling intricate integration assignments.
• Possess deep familiarity with digital identity products such as OneIdentity, plus target systems including Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases, and LDAP.
• Apply solid understanding of IAM frameworks and protocols like RBAC, ABAC, SSO, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Federation, and Zero Trust principles.
• Communicate fluently in both German and English.
