IAM Project Manager (a)

Adnovum Group AG seeks a Mid-level IAM Project Manager in Lausanne for a part-time hybrid role, focusing on leading security integration projects and client advisory.

This position centers on directing Identity and Access Management (IAM) integration initiatives within intricate system landscapes. The successful candidate will operate within a specialized team dedicated to security solutions, consulting, and managed services, ensuring seamless project execution and high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and steer IAM-related projects from initiation to completion.
• Provide expert guidance to clients on IAM strategies and IT security organizational structures.
• Drive the ongoing refinement and optimization of internal workflows.
• Assess, interpret, and align customer needs with technical solutions.
• Draft commercial proposals, contracts, and presentation materials for potential clients.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and scope while delivering regular status updates.
• Allocate and manage resources efficiently across different project stages.
• Maintain clear communication channels and uphold strict quality standards in all deliverables.

Requirements

• A university degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven track record of managing software development and integration projects over several years.
• A strong passion for cybersecurity with a specific focus on IAM and solid technical understanding.
• Proficiency in agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, as well as traditional methodologies such as Hermes.
• Experience in sales and pre-sales processes, including negotiating offers and finalizing contracts.
• Excellent organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and a service-focused attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously and present professionally to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Fluent command of both French and English.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications in agile or traditional project management methods.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms such as One Identity, Nevis, Okta, or Airlock.
• Working knowledge of the German language.
