Senior Solution Architect - CIAM (m/f/d)

SECURIX AG in Zürich seeks a Senior Solution Architect for CIAM (m/f/d) to lead identity solution design and platform strategy. The role involves designing secure, scalable, GDPR-compliant identity systems for B2C and B2B clients, with a hybrid work model and full-time employment.

The Senior Solution Architect leads the CIAM architecture practice, responsible for shaping solution design and platform strategy. They design secure, scalable identity solutions compliant with GDPR, serving both B2C and B2B clients, and act as a trusted advisor on CIAM platform selection and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client workshops to gather business, technical, and security requirements
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from architecture to integration and implementation
• Support pre-sales activities including presentations, proof-of-concepts, and solution design
• Mentor and develop a skilled identity architecture team

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in solution architecture, with a focus on CIAM/IAM
• Practical experience with Okta CIC (Auth0) or similar CIAM platforms
• Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and JWT protocols
• Hands-on experience with CIAM use cases including MFA, SSO, social login, consent management, and user lifecycle
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including API integrations, configuration management, and security controls
• Excellent communication skills to build client relationships and collaborate daily
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Programming experience in Java, Node.js, or Python
• German language skills are a strong advantage
