Cloud Solution Architect

Concentrix Schweiz AG seeks a Senior Cloud Solution Architect to lead technical engagements and design secure Microsoft Identity and Security solutions for enterprise clients.

This position focuses on helping clients maximize the value of their Microsoft technology investments. The architect leads technical discussions, designs secure solutions, and ensures customer success by resolving complex identity and security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to promote the adoption and effective use of Microsoft Identity and Security platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve obstacles that hinder the progress of customer success initiatives.
• Present and demonstrate intricate customer concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Architect tailored solutions, facilitate design thinking workshops, and deliver presentations.
• Finish all mandatory training modules within the specified deadlines.
• Participate in regular one-on-one sessions with management and direct reports.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, tiering strategies, PKI, Active Directory Certificate Services, and ADFS, preferably within large-scale environments.
• Solid grasp of Microsoft Entra ID, IaaS, and Network Security principles.
• Several years of experience in customer-facing IT roles.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
• Fluent command of both written and spoken English and German.

Nice to have

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
• Certifications or familiarity with additional Microsoft tools like Entra ID, Sentinel, and Defender.
