Cloud Solution Architect (CSA)

Concentrix Schweiz AG seeks a Senior Cloud Solution Architect in Zürich to guide enterprise clients in scaling AI and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure through strategic design and implementation.

This senior, customer-facing position is dedicated to assisting enterprise clients in accelerating their digital transformation via Azure workloads, with a specific emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and infrastructure. The architect guides customers through the entire lifecycle—from initial architecture design and deployment to achieving operational excellence—ensuring that AI solutions are scaled effectively and infrastructure is optimized within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted partnerships with IT executives and business leaders to influence and shape their cloud and AI strategies.
• Determine the key business priorities of customer decision-makers to ensure that all recommendations and activities remain highly relevant.
• Champion strategic initiatives that drive project success and actively participate in risk mitigation efforts.
• Facilitate architectural design sessions and direct the implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient solutions, adhering to Microsoft best practices and frameworks such as CAF and WAF.

Requirements

• Proven experience using Microsoft Foundry Azure OpenAI Service for deploying GPT models, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services to integrate vision, speech, and language capabilities into applications.
• Background in AI Search and Azure Machine Learning, specifically regarding model lifecycle management including training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of GenAI Ops components, including DevOps, DevSecOps, and MLOps, for managing CI/CD pipelines and automated retraining processes.
• Familiarity with LLMOps, evaluations, and red teaming practices.
• Experience implementing GenAIOps on platforms such as Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Proficiency with data platforms like Azure Cosmos DB and Azure SQL for building AI-driven applications.
• Solid experience in AI/ML engineering and managing end-to-end lifecycle processes.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agent Frameworks or similar technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LamaIndex.
