Solution Architect

The company seeks a senior Solution Architect in Zürich to lead technical discovery and implementation for enterprise AI and search clients, bridging sales, product, and engineering teams.

This position is part of the Sales-Engineering and Deployment group, where the professional will steer clients from initial technical assessments through to full deployment. The role involves working alongside product, engineering, and go-to-market divisions to demonstrate the platform's value and ensure rapid adoption.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery meetings with prospects and present architectural designs that align with their existing infrastructure and security frameworks.
• Work with technical and business stakeholders to establish project goals, technical needs, and success metrics.
• Adjust platform configurations to match specific customer requirements during the implementation phase.
• Develop technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, integration guides, and rollout schedules.
• Act as a primary technical advisor during sales cycles and implementation, addressing questions about deployment, data handling, and security.
• Share customer insights with product and engineering teams to refine solution strategies and positioning.
• Monitor developments in cloud, AI, search, and DevOps to update messaging and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Seven to ten years of experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or senior technical customer-facing roles, preferably within enterprise search, AI, legal technology, or complex B2B SaaS sectors.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software systems, databases, modern deployment environments, and integration methods.
• Ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from legal partners to IT directors.
• Demonstrated success in leading technical customer projects and building trusted relationships with decision-makers.
