Solution Architect (Customer Service Systems)

The company seeks a Senior Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable service solutions across its global Customer Service business, leveraging SAP S/4HANA and related platforms.

This position focuses on shaping the architecture of service processes and delivering robust, future-ready solutions. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, developers, and implementation partners to ensure the successful deployment of service technologies across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality solution architectures for major initiatives and epics.
• Define solution concepts, conduct requirements engineering, and draft system and program specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external development teams, overseeing quality checks and testing phases.
• Independently configure SAP S/4HANA modules (CS, SM, SD, FSM) and document system setups.
• Assist with global implementation projects and provide third-level support to international users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of professional experience, with a minimum of two years in a Solution Architect or Application Manager capacity.
• Extensive background in SAP S/4HANA Customer Service (CS), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Service Management.
• Demonstrated capability to produce architecture deliverables in both waterfall and Agile settings.
• Fluent English proficiency paired with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
