Senior Consultant/Solution Architect SAP Order-to-Cash

Sikaag seeks a Senior Consultant/Solution Architect for SAP Order-to-Cash in Zürich. The role involves leading global rollouts, designing S/4 HANA solutions, and optimizing the global template within a hybrid work model.

This position sits within Sikaag's largest SAP service line, which employs over 100 people and drives worldwide SAP rollouts. The role supports a digital transformation initiative aimed at leveraging the latest S/4 HANA capabilities to refine the global template. You will collaborate with external partners in an innovative setting to execute rollouts efficiently while working from the Zürich office.

Responsibilities

• Direct project teams and deliver solutions aligned with the global template.
• Act as a Senior Consultant Solution Architect for SAP Order-to-Cash domains, covering Order Fulfillment, Outbound Logistics, Price Management, and e-commerce.
• Create solutions that support business teams globally while maintaining a template-focused approach.
• Utilize S/4 HANA technologies in a global team, including integrations with non-SAP systems and cloud platforms like Salesforce.
• Manage application support tasks, including incident investigation and change request resolution to satisfy legal and local business needs.
• Integrate SD/LE modules with GTS, EWM, WM, and MM.
• Oversee harmonization efforts to protect Sikaag's SAP global template and adapt it according to governance procedures and best practices.
• Execute SAP solutions using established methodologies for data migration, training, testing, and go-live.
• Lead and support template roll-outs, including design, testing, and implementation, while managing complex projects within the global SAP team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences, Business Studies, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 to 7 years of experience configuring or implementing Order-to-Cash solutions and Logistics Execution.
• Project experience from at least 3 successful SAP projects in roles such as project manager, functional lead, or functional consultant.
• Deep knowledge of integrating SAP Order-to-Cash (SD/LE) with other SAP modules like EWM/WM, MM, and FI, along with an end-to-end perspective.
• ABAP debugging skills and experience with EDI and IDOC interfaces for sales order processing.
• Strong communication abilities, with experience in virtual teams and comfort interacting with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for project needs.
• Business fluency in English, both written and verbal.
