This position sits within the Business Applications department, which is responsible for leading the company's digital transformation efforts. The architect will provide technical direction for SAP WM/MM projects, ensuring that solutions align with the broader SAP landscape while coordinating with key users and external partners to support continuous improvement and seamless system deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical aspects of current and upcoming SAP WM/MM initiatives
- Ensure cross-functional alignment and harmonization across the Octapharma Group
- Design and implement efficient technical changes within a mixed SAP on-premise and cloud environment
- Offer consulting and solution design based on industry best practices
- Manage activities of key users and various project streams
- Oversee ongoing improvements and handle change requests in daily operations
- Work with external vendors to guarantee smooth integration with downstream systems
Requirements
- At least five years of experience in consulting and supporting SAP WM/MM systems
- Proven track record in managing SAP support operations and implementation projects
- Fluent proficiency in English
- A technical degree with an IT focus (such as HTL, FH, or university level) is preferred
