Identity & Access Management (IAM) Intern

Sika is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Intern in Zürich to support the global IAM solution, manage incidents, and assist with project coordination and documentation.

As a member of the Sika Identity & Access Management (IAM) team, the intern will contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's worldwide IAM infrastructure. The role involves supporting IAM-related projects, handling change requests, and managing incidents to ensure system stability.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage identities, accounts, groups, resources, rules, and policies.
• Assist in gathering requirements, planning development tasks, and creating documentation.
• Participate in testing activities for IAM systems.
• Create and manage support tickets for incident management and change requests for the IAM platform.
• Coordinate support solutions with the IAM vendor and internal or external stakeholders globally.
• Execute bulk and mass changes of identities and other data.

Requirements

• Education and preferably some experience in IAM or IT Security systems
• Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• Understanding of programming, SQL, or scripting
