This position involves coordinating daily operations, managing projects, and providing technical direction to ensure systems run efficiently while delivering value to clients and supporting the bank's broader goals.
Responsibilities
- Guide, coach, and grow a skilled IT group dedicated to applications and service monitoring for AML, Strategic Trade Surveillance, and Identity and Access Management.
- Cultivate an environment built on accountability, accuracy, and ongoing enhancement.
- Define clear goals and establish methods to track performance.
- Oversee team capacity, which includes hiring, mentoring, and managing performance reviews.
- Manage the bank's budget and support smaller change initiatives.
- Collaborate across various teams and units, maintaining proactive communication with governing bodies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership ability to inspire IT staff and encourage a cooperative, innovative workplace.
- Decisive, results-driven individual with robust management capabilities.
- Strong organizational abilities to plan strategically and distribute resources effectively.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders at all management levels.
- Technical expertise combined with strong problem-solving capabilities.

- Several years of relevant professional experience.
- Min. 5 years experience as IT Team Head.
