StepStone Group seeks a Private Debt Intern in Zürich for a 12-month hybrid role supporting investment analysis, client presentations, and administrative coordination within a global private debt team.
This internship offers direct exposure to senior professionals across research, legal, compliance, operations, and sales. The primary purpose is to support the team in presenting service offerings and investment products to institutional investors while contributing to various business functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and optimize presentations, pitch decks, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain databases, reports, and case studies to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist portfolio managers with portfolio analysis, monitoring, and performance reviews.
- Help develop and update internal and external communications and documentation.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses across different business units.
- Provide administrative support for planning, data entry, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure consistent messaging and up-to-date information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Commitment to a 12-month internship period.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
