The Sustainability Risk Management team embeds environmental, social, and governance considerations into the company’s core business. This internship supports the team in identifying emerging risks, evaluating their potential impact, and facilitating strategic decisions. The intern will assist with key initiatives related to nature and climate risk, emphasizing project execution and process documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support major sustainability initiatives focused on nature and climate risk, prioritizing hands-on project work and clear documentation of procedures.
- Handle essential team duties, such as organizing and maintaining data related to sustainability risks.
- Participate in or oversee multi-disciplinary projects that span various areas of the organization.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in a sustainability-related field, such as natural sciences, environmental economics, or social sciences.
- Proven ability to thrive in diverse, international settings.
- Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong quantitative skills and familiarity with AI and modern analytical tools, moving beyond standard Excel-based methods.
- Demonstrated experience in project management.
- Prior internship or volunteer work in relevant areas like corporate responsibility, NGOs, or the public sector.
Nice to have
- Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
