This NeStep Talent Intern role sits within Sustainability & Communications at Nestlé in Vevey, Switzerland. The primary objective is to create and execute internal communication efforts that translate sustainability goals into practical, engaging actions for staff throughout Zone Europe. Success in this position requires close partnership with Sustainability and Corporate Communications teams to advance strategic initiatives that boost employee awareness and involvement.
Responsibilities
- Help organize and run a major hybrid internal event focused on sustainability for the entire Zone Europe region.
- Assist in creating compelling communication materials, such as toolkits, videos, and presentation decks.
- Transform intricate sustainability concepts into straightforward, well-structured narratives tailored to various audiences.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs related to sustainability, including interactive experiences, gamified learning modules, and field trips.
- Research and analyze current sustainability trends and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Recent completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Management, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and storytelling, with a knack for simplifying complex subjects.
- A proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a dedicated approach to continuous learning.
- Strong capability to organize, synthesize, and present information with clarity.
- Genuine interest in sustainability issues and the capacity to navigate multiple subjects and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Advanced skills in utilizing digital project tools, including MS Office, Canva, and AI applications.
- Fluent command of the English language.
- Must be a recent graduate from a Swiss higher education institution, having completed a bachelor's or master's degree within the past twelve months.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland as a Swiss national, EU/EFTA citizen, or C permit holder.
