This 12-month internship offers fresh graduates a structured environment to learn and contribute meaningfully. The position centers on owning a significant project while receiving dedicated mentoring, with the primary goal of shaping a clear and engaging guideline ecosystem for Design Excellence across various brand teams and partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Global Design team in developing and updating design-related guidance and training resources.
- Work closely with design, marketing, and agency partners to put practical design guidance into action.
- Coordinate the dissemination of inspiring brand identity initiatives and strategic design projects.
- Modify visual assets and internal training content to guarantee consistent visual standards.
- Partner with design agencies to keep case studies and best practices current on the internal Design Excellence platform.
Requirements
- Hold a recent bachelor's or master's degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related discipline.
- Have graduated from a Swiss higher education institution within the last 12 months.
- Be a Swiss national, an EU/EFTA national, or hold a valid C permit.
- Demonstrate high fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Show capability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- A portfolio displaying a variety of design projects.
- An interest in or initial exposure to branding, brand identity, and brand design fundamentals.
- Fluency with or a strong interest in using AI tools.
