Nestlé is seeking a Product Development Intern in Konolfingen, CH, to support the creation and enhancement of innovative products in Adult and Maternal Nutrition through R&D collaboration and technical analysis.
This internship focuses on aiding the advancement of novel products within the Adult and Maternal Nutrition sector. The position requires close cooperation with specialists in research and development, quality assurance, manufacturing, and marketing to drive projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Help refine product recipes by selecting ingredients, making adjustments, and preparing technical records.
- Conduct lab tests, pilot plant trials, and sensory assessments to gather data on product performance.
- Analyze scientific papers, internal resources, and market trends to inform innovation strategies.
- Partner with various departments to ensure seamless project transitions from initial development to manufacturing.
- Process experimental data and create clear reports that translate findings into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's program in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, particularly within diverse, multicultural teams.
