Product Marketing Intern

Lunaphore Technologies SA seeks a Product Marketing Intern in Tolochenaz, CH, to manage scientific asset infrastructure and support marketing campaign execution in a full-time role.

This internship bridges Product Marketing and Marketing Operations, allowing the candidate to build scalable internal systems while assisting with digital marketing campaign execution. The position enables the intern to shape how the team organizes and utilizes its assets while gaining practical experience in marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a centralized directory for scientific images, datasets, and digital assets across the spatial biology portfolio.
• Assign metadata to assets, covering ownership, access rights, file details, project context, and usage rules.
• Guarantee the database allows cross-functional access while adhering to data sharing and usage policies.
• Work with internal teams to collect, categorize, and verify asset details.
• Record processes and structures to ensure the scientific marketing team can maintain them long-term.
• Draft newsletters using approved content briefs.
• Help with blog publishing workflows and campaign execution tasks.
• Manage content formatting, asset coordination, and quality checks across digital channels.
• Coordinate internal asset updates for product marketing and sales teams.
• Support marketing automation efforts and operational process improvements.
• Monitor and report on marketing activity performance to assist the wider team.
• Keep publication tracking and Scientific Data Repository updates current to enhance scientific evidence reuse.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Marketing, Data Management, Information Science, or a related discipline.
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, enjoying the organization of complex information and the creation of robust systems.
• Comfortable using digital tools, databases, or content management systems.
• Interest in scientific content and the ability to quickly grasp technical context.
• Proactive and self-directed, capable of managing workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, or content platforms.
