[EQP] Marketing Intern

Nidecker SA seeks a Marketing Intern in Rolle, CH, to manage end-to-end marketing for hub rollouts, partner relations, and B2B communications in a hands-on, high-ownership role.

This position places the intern at the center of marketing, communications, and partner experience. The individual will take full responsibility for the marketing lifecycle of hub rollouts, from initial planning through to post-launch activities, while also nurturing ongoing relationships with city and sponsor partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the complete marketing workflow for hub launches, covering everything from initial planning to post-launch messaging.
  • Coordinate various launch components to guarantee that all deadlines and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Oversee sticker production, including design coordination and final quality approval.
  • Implement digital sponsor integrations, such as in-app call-to-action pages, map pins, and on-screen content.
  • Manage launch communications and public relations, including contractual updates for city and sponsor partners.
  • Maintain strong post-launch relationships with city partners and sponsors to ensure continued satisfaction.
  • Assist partners with data reporting, health updates, maintenance information, and branding discussions.
  • Ensure all active programs are visible and well-documented to support strong partnerships.
  • Manage Equip Sport’s LinkedIn presence and broader B2B communications.
  • Keep the media coverage database current and accurate.
  • Maintain a central marketing calendar and internal wins log to align the team.

Requirements

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for clear, on-brand communication.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
  • Confident in communicating with external partners and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn or B2B content.
  • Familiarity with project coordination or campaign management tools.
