Vontobel seeks a Working Student to support the EAM Business Management team with risk and compliance tasks in Zurich. This 5-month role offers hands-on experience in a private banking environment.
This position supports the External Asset Managers (EAM) Business Management team by handling risk and compliance duties. It provides practical exposure to the intersection of business management, risk oversight, and regulatory requirements within a Private Banking front-office setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with front-office teams to resolve outstanding items from client reviews.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from various sources to aid risk and compliance efforts.
- Conduct data quality checks, analyses, and plausibility reviews to ensure information accuracy.
- Assist with internal audit follow-ups, including tracking remediation measures and reporting on controls.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
- An analytical mindset with a structured and detail-oriented approach to work.
