Angst+Pfister AG seeks a Working Student in Recruitment (50%) in Opfikon. This one-year hybrid role supports the full hiring process, from job postings to onboarding, for students in HR, Psychology, or Business.
This one-year position is designed to strengthen the company's HR learning path by supporting the complete recruitment journey. The successful candidate will assist with activities ranging from creating job advertisements to finalizing hires, gaining exposure to the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Draft, publish, and maintain job advertisements.
- Review incoming applications and assist in identifying suitable candidates for shortlisting.
- Organize interview schedules and ensure candidates receive timely updates.
- Assist with contract preparation and general recruitment administration.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and organize candidate pools.
- Source new talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in studies for HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Possess some prior administrative or commercial work experience.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both German and English.
Nice to have
- Prior experience using ATS platforms or LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ability to communicate in an additional language.
