This position supports the HR team in managing employee lifecycles, administrative tasks, and key people initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding procedures for staff members.
- Handle personnel administration tasks, including employment contracts and training agreements.
- Administer company fringe benefits programs.
- Assist with personnel development initiatives, including organizing training sessions and workshops.
- Maintain and improve the internal HR SharePoint platform.
- Support HR projects focused on people development, diversity, employer branding, and change management.
- Coordinate the distribution and setup of IT hardware for all employees.
- Keep personnel records and templates current and accurate.
- Serve as a key user for various HR software systems.
- Prepare HR reports and develop decision-making materials.
Requirements
- Completed an apprenticeship or possess commercial sector experience.
- Currently enrolled in a university program (until at least 2028) majoring in Human Resource Management or Business Psychology.
- Fluent proficiency in both German and English.
- Strong team player with a focus on employee well-being.
- Service-oriented mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work independently with an organized and structured workflow.
Nice to have
- Previous work experience in HR is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of French is a plus.
