Local Graduate Program - Corporate Coverage (18 months, starting in September 2026)

BNP Paribas Suisse seeks a Local Graduate for its Corporate Coverage team in Geneva. This 18-month fixed-term role begins in September 2026, focusing on client portfolio support and credit processes.

This position sits within the Corporate Coverage Switzerland division, where the primary focus is managing relationships with Swiss-headquartered business groups and subsidiaries of international clients. The graduate will actively contribute to commercial activities and take on specific responsibilities to help the team achieve its strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Support Relationship Managers with the daily administration of client portfolios.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients and maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) records for existing accounts.
• Foster and manage relationships within the international network.
• Coordinate activities across various global Business Lines and Product divisions.
• Help draft client action plans in collaboration with Relationship Managers and Business Lines.
• Work closely with all Business Lines operating inside and outside Switzerland.
• Keep the internal client monitoring tool updated with accurate and timely information.
• Participate in ad-hoc data verification checks and regular risk assessments.
• Join projects aimed at enhancing organizational structure and process efficiency.
• Assist with credit proposals, including preparation for credit committees and follow-up actions.
• Help manage credit-related topics across different locations within the network.
• Provide bankers with support for daily tasks and the preparation or follow-up of Strategic Business Reviews.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Banking, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field.
• Fluent command of both English and French, including written and spoken proficiency.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in Corporate Banking.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the banking sector.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg terminals.
• Ability to communicate in German.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
