Rothschild and Co Bank CH offers a 9–12 month full-time onsite internship in Human Resources in Zürich, supporting the Wealth Management Division across Zurich and Geneva.
This internship places you within the Swiss HR team, providing initial professional experience in a multinational setting. You will collaborate with HR Business Partners located in both Zurich and Geneva, assisting with various tasks that support all departments within the Wealth Management Division.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the entire employee lifecycle, including coordinating interviews, managing onboarding and offboarding processes, handling employee transfers, and processing contractual changes.
- Drafting general correspondence such as work certificates, confirmations, and training agreements.
- Managing work permit applications and tracking temporary staff and visitors from abroad, ensuring proper follow-up with authorities regarding registration procedures and 120-day permits.
- Providing general administrative support, which involves updating organizational charts, maintaining HR intranet pages, processing the shared HR mailbox, handling invoices, and organizing events like Welcome Day.
- Preparing reports and presentations based on HR-related metrics.
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects in close cooperation with the team.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in business administration or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both English and German.
Nice to have
- Previous work experience is considered an advantage.
