Richemont seeks an Intern in People Development for a six-month onsite role at its Schaffhausen headquarters, supporting global talent and leadership initiatives.

This six-month internship, commencing on October 1st, 2026, places the candidate within the Global People Development team at IWC Headquarters in Schaffhausen. The position focuses on supporting leadership, talent, and performance programs while fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of leadership, talent, and performance initiatives that align with broader business goals.
  • Oversee the IWC Academy learning management system, handling content updates, session scheduling, assignments, and reporting.
  • Promote development opportunities through various communication channels to encourage a learning-oriented environment.
  • Provide guidance and information to local HR business partners regarding available development offerings.
  • Handle administrative tasks for training activities, including registrations, material preparation, bookings, invoicing, and equipment coordination.
  • Track budgets, manage vendor creation, and perform accounting duties within SAP for the People Development department.
  • Contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing organizational impact and sustaining a high-performance culture.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and German.
