Talent Acquisition & Management Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a full-time Talent Acquisition & Management Intern in Geneva to support global HR initiatives and talent development programs.

This internship sits within the International HR Team, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. The position offers immersion in worldwide talent strategies, requiring close collaboration with various regional offices and functional departments to drive key HR objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the smooth execution of ongoing international talent acquisition projects.
• Help coordinate, communicate, and report on global talent management and development programs alongside the Talent Manager.
• Engage in exchanges within the broader talent community.
• Gather and consolidate feedback, data, and inputs from various markets to track progress and update the central talent team.
• Support research, benchmarking, and continuous improvement efforts regarding talent practices.
• Create presentations and tracking reports for key stakeholders within the organization.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Possession of a valid internship agreement.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Prior familiarity with the Workday platform.
• Ability to speak additional languages beyond English.
