Talent Acquisition Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern to manage end-to-end recruitment for early-career roles in Switzerland, including career fair coordination and pipeline development.

This position supports the Group’s Early Career strategy by handling the full recruitment lifecycle for interns across multiple Swiss locations. The intern will partner with hiring managers, build proactive talent pipelines, and represent the company at networking events and career fairs to enhance the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for intern positions at various Swiss sites.
• Collaborate with hiring managers from initial role briefing through to final offer and hiring decisions.
• Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels aligned with specific business needs.
• Establish selection criteria customized to each recruitment area.
• Analyze recurring hiring patterns to anticipate cycles and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Represent the Group at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.
• Assist in end-of-internship evaluations and maintain follow-up with early-career candidates.
• Design and improve the candidate journey for early talent.
• Support the continuous improvement and implementation of the Group’s Early Career strategy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a final-year Bachelor or Master’s student in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must possess a valid internship agreement (convention) with your educational institution.
• Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel for data handling and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Available for a six-month internship beginning in September 2026.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or project management.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System, ideally Workday.
