Talent Acquisition & Management Intern

Internship opportunity with Van Cleef & Arpels' International HR Team in Geneva, focusing on global talent acquisition and management projects.

This internship places you within the Van Cleef & Arpels International HR Team, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. You will work on global talent initiatives, collaborating across regions and functions to enhance talent attraction and engagement. The role offers hands-on experience in international projects within a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Help execute ongoing international talent acquisition projects.
• Coordinate, communicate, and report on global talent management and development programs alongside the Talent Manager.
• Take part in talent community exchanges.
• Gather and consolidate feedback, data, and inputs from various markets to track progress and update the talent team.
• Support research, benchmarking, and continuous improvement efforts related to talent practices.
• Create presentations and tracking reports for key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Must have a valid internship agreement.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude with an innovative mindset and the confidence to suggest new ideas.
• Curious, adaptable, and driven to achieve results.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable using PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English.

• Experience with Workday.
• Additional language skills.
