Swiss Talent Acquisition Intern

Richemont seeks a full-time Swiss Talent Acquisition Intern in Villars-sur-Glâne to manage end-to-end recruitment for early talent across Switzerland, starting September 2026.

This internship supports the company's early career strategy by overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for interns across various Swiss sites. The role focuses on building proactive talent pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to secure top talent for diverse business functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for interns at multiple Swiss locations, spanning all business areas.
• Collaborate with hiring managers from initial role definition through candidate selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Identify and utilize the most effective sourcing channels based on specific business needs, location, and hiring volume.
• Establish tailored selection criteria for each recruitment area.
• Analyze recurring hiring needs and anticipate recruitment cycles to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives with partner schools and universities.
• Participate in end-of-internship evaluations and ensure effective follow-up with early-career candidates.
• Design and continuously enhance the candidate experience for early talent before, during, and after their internship.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of the Group’s Early Career strategy and related initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a final-year Bachelor or Master's student in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have a valid internship agreement (convention) with your school or university.
• Proficient in office tools, specifically handling data with Excel and comfortable with PowerPoint (MS Office Suite).
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
• Available for a 6-month internship starting in September 2026.

Nice to have

• A first experience in HR, ideally in recruitment or project management, is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of an ATS, ideally Workday, is a plus.
