Swiss Talent Acquisition Intern

Roger Dubuis seeks a Swiss Talent Acquisition Intern to manage end-to-end recruitment for early-career roles across Switzerland, starting in September 2026.

The company is looking for a full-time intern to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for interns at various Swiss locations. This position also involves representing the brand at career fairs and networking events to support early talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment process for intern positions across multiple Swiss sites.
• Collaborate with hiring managers from initial role briefing through to candidate selection, interviews, and final offers.
• Identify and utilize effective sourcing channels aligned with business needs.
• Establish selection criteria tailored to specific recruitment areas.
• Analyze recurring hiring patterns to anticipate cycles and build proactive talent pipelines.
• Represent the Group at career fairs, networking events, and employer branding activities.
• Participate in end-of-internship evaluations and maintain follow-up with early-career candidates.
• Design and improve the candidate experience for early talent.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of the Group’s Early Career strategy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a final-year Bachelor or Master's student in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Must have a valid internship agreement (convention) with your educational institution.
• Proficient in office tools, particularly Excel for data handling and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Available for a six-month internship beginning in September 2026.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in HR, preferably in recruitment or project management.
• Familiarity with an ATS, ideally Workday.
