This six-month internship, commencing on October 1st, 2026, places the candidate within the Global People Development team at the company’s headquarters in Schaffhausen. The role exists to support leadership and talent initiatives, manage learning systems, and help foster a culture of continuous growth and high performance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of leadership, talent, and performance programs that align with broader business goals.
- Handle administrative tasks for learning activities, including registrations, material preparation, bookings, invoicing, and equipment coordination.
- Administer the IWC Academy learning management system by managing content, sessions, assignments, and generating reports.
- Promote development opportunities through various communication channels to encourage a learning-oriented environment.
- Provide support and information to local HR business partners regarding available development offerings.
- Oversee vendor onboarding, SAP accounting entries, and budget monitoring for the People Development department.
- Contribute to various projects aimed at enhancing organizational impact and sustaining a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in both English and German.
- Exhibit strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Be a creative, detail-oriented self-starter with a growth mindset and customer-centric approach.
- Show adaptability, independence, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Possess technical aptitude and excellent organizational abilities.
