Human Resources Trainee Recruitment

SHL AG seeks a Human Resources Trainee in Lucerne to support the Training and Development Manager and Admin team with recruitment, communications, and administrative tasks.

This internship provides direct support to the Training and Development Manager and the administrative team, focusing on recruitment coordination, internal communications, and event organization.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full application cycle by receiving submissions, communicating with candidates, and arranging interview times.
• Draft certificates, design promotional posters, and prepare internal communications for staff.
• Maintain digital notice boards, social media channels, and media portals with current information.
• Coordinate team member events by liaising with vendors and managing logistical setups.
• Operate and monitor the guest feedback system.
• Address various ad-hoc requests from team members.
• Support the Training and Development Manager by securing training venues and maintaining training records.
• Provide administrative assistance including filing and record updates.
