SHL AG seeks a full-time Management Trainee in Baden, CH, to support leadership with projects, operations, and strategic initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in a growing company.

This position offers a comprehensive view of a expanding business by collaborating closely with the Head of Espressobars, the Head of Operations, and senior management. The trainee will contribute to daily improvements, process optimization, and strategic decision-making from the start.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Espressobars with developing new concepts and projects.
• Help improve quality standards and service delivery at the bars.
• Conduct analyses to identify areas for enhancement.
• Address daily operational challenges to refine bar performance.
• Collaborate with the Head of Operations on streamlining processes and workflows.
• Manage logistics, production schedules, and cross-team coordination.
• Lead efficiency-focused projects across the organization.
• Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Participate in strategic discussions with senior leadership.
• Contribute innovative ideas and support new project development.
• Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions.
