Working student Finance

Hitex S.A. in Switzerland is hiring a junior working student for a part-time, on-site finance role. The position supports accounting tasks, reporting, and compliance, requiring study in economics or a related field and strong German and English skills.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming and outgoing invoices for formal, arithmetic, and factual accuracy.
• Verify account assignments for business transactions in accounting.
• Reconcile general and subsidiary ledgers.
• Assist with reporting to authorities and social security institutions.
• Support preparation of monthly IFRS financial reports.
• Help advise departments on accounting matters and support system or process changes.
• Contribute to projects ensuring compliance with IFRS and HGB standards.

Requirements

• Currently studying in economics, business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• Detail-oriented and collaborative work approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good command of both German and English.

Nice to have

• Completed commercial vocational training.
