The company seeks a CQV Engineer in Visp, Switzerland, to qualify and validate process engineering equipment and facilities, ensuring quality and efficiency in a GMP environment.
Based in Visp, Switzerland, this position focuses on the qualification and validation of new process engineering equipment and facilities. The role plays a key part in enhancing the quality and operational efficiency of manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Create and update commissioning and qualification documentation for new facilities, including performance qualifications for critical systems and providing ongoing support after implementation.
- Oversee and address deviations, manage changes under GEP and GMP guidelines, and execute corrective and preventive actions.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors or suppliers to guarantee smooth project delivery.
- Represent qualification documentation during audits and inspections, demonstrating adherence to high standards.
Requirements
- Hold a degree from a technical university of applied sciences or a university.
- Demonstrate experience working in a regulated GMP setting, particularly in commissioning, qualification, and validation of systems such as refrigerators, freezers, clean media, and process engineering equipment.
- Be fluent in written and spoken German and/or English.
- Possess strong skills in MS Office.
Nice to have
- Experience with COMOS, DMS, Kneat, TrackWise, and SAP.
