Work Selection seeks a Qualification Engineer for Clean Media on a 1-year contract in Basel. The role focuses on maintaining GMP compliance for infrastructure and logistics systems within Roche's supply chain.
This position is a one-year temporary assignment with the possibility of extension, located within the SPOC Infra Energy Operations team. The team is responsible for the generation and distribution of GMP media, ensuring that plants, equipment, and systems in infrastructure, logistics, and quality control maintain their qualified status.
Responsibilities
- Prepare qualification documentation and execute qualification procedures following Roche Quality System standards.
- Assess technical modifications to facilities to determine their impact on qualified states and manage re-qualification processes.
- Document work performed in compliance with GMP regulations and summarize any deviations.
- Perform reviews of qualification activities.
- Propose solutions for identified deviations.
- Assist in drafting work instructions.
- Participate in internal and external inspections and audits.
- Provide support in the SPOC area, including inventory management, SOP maintenance, and acting as a representative.
Requirements
- A completed degree or vocational training in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or Biotechnology.
- Minimum of three years of professional experience conducting qualifications in plant environments.
- Extensive background working in GMP-regulated settings.
- Fluent German language skills for both written and spoken communication.
- Competent English language abilities.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Office and Google tools.
