Crew Experience Coordinator

Pfadibewegung Schweiz seeks a volunteer Crew Experience Coordinator to support the RoWay Crew's well-being, motivation, and team spirit for an upcoming international scouting event.

This position focuses on ensuring that every member of the RoWay Crew feels valued and integrated into the shared mission. The coordinator is tasked with safeguarding crew welfare while creating initiatives that boost morale, unity, and mutual appreciation throughout the engagement period.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the overall well-being of crew members.
• Create and implement strategies to enhance motivation, team cohesion, and a culture of appreciation.
• Acknowledge and recognize individual contributions and engagement.
• Design programs aimed at promoting mental health and personal well-being.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for crew members regarding welfare and team dynamics.
• Participate in monthly 'Höck' meetings alongside Division Leads.
• Maintain communication and collaboration with international partners.
• Build and expand professional networks both nationally and internationally.

• Commitment to a multi-year voluntary engagement with sufficient time and motivation.
• Interest in designing and shaping organizational processes.
• Passion for supporting individuals and cultivating a positive team environment.
• High level of empathy and sensitivity to diverse personal needs.
• Strong communication abilities with a talent for building trust through conversation.
• Capacity to maintain a clear overview of ongoing projects.
• Proficiency in English or another national language.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in team leadership, team development, coaching, group support, or organizing team events.
