This role supports the head of the regional office to ensure efficient service delivery and operational excellence within the electrical planning department.

Responsibilities

• Assist the head of the regional office in maintaining smooth and effective service operations.
• Lead and coordinate complex electrical and telecommunication projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Manage and develop the assigned team, including apprentices, and serve as the safety officer for occupational health and safety.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise in emerging areas like e-mobility and photovoltaics through internal training programs.
• Utilize regional connections to identify market opportunities and actively contribute to business development.

Requirements

• Certified electrical project manager holding a Swiss federal diploma (or actively pursuing it).
• Proven experience in high- and low-voltage installations, along with solid knowledge of applicable standards and regulations.
• Personality that motivates others, takes initiative, and enjoys sharing expertise.
