DevOps Engineer Microsoft (Exchange / Private Cloud)

Aufgaben

• Administration and troubleshooting of Exchange (Mailflow, DAGs, OWA, MAPI, ECP, Autodiscover)
• Managing Active Directory including Exchange-specific components
• Ensuring security and compliance requirements (TLS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DLP)
• Monitoring, performance optimization, and error analysis of systems
• Automating operational tasks with PowerShell as well as CI/CD and DevOps tools
• Close collaboration with Product Owners and technical teams as well as continuous optimization of the platform

Anforderungen

• Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH, Uni) or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the Microsoft environment (Windows Server & Exchange)
• Solid knowledge in Active Directory and Exchange Administration
• Experience with Security & Compliance in the mail environment
• Very good knowledge in PowerShell and automation
• Understanding of networks, firewalls, and security concepts
• Experience with CI/CD, GitLab, Ansible or similar tools
• Structured, independent working style as well as team skills and communication skills
• Very good German and English skills
