This permanent nursing position focuses on providing specialized care for individuals with psychiatric conditions and developmental disabilities in the Rheinfelden area. The role involves managing the full nursing process and requires a start date to be mutually agreed upon, with working hours ranging from 80% to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Managing the complete nursing cycle, including initial assessment and final evaluation.
• Executing medical directives and guaranteeing the secure delivery of medications.
• Tracking patient vitals to identify health changes promptly.
• Guiding and overseeing nursing assistants, care staff, and apprentices.
• Recording detailed patient information using digital documentation tools.
• Working collaboratively with doctors, therapists, and family members.
• Supporting patients during crises and applying de-escalation strategies.

Requirements

• A completed degree as a certified nursing professional (HF or FH/Bachelor in Nursing).
• SRK recognition for any diplomas obtained outside Switzerland.
• Prior experience in long-term care, acute care, or rehabilitation settings.
• High level of empathy, responsibility, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level for both reading and writing.
