Ensuring stable operation of productive software solutions through maintenance, troubleshooting, and updates
Implementing changes and releases including testing, rollout, and backup strategies
Supporting the entire software lifecycle – from introduction to decommissioning
Adapting and expanding technical documentation such as requirement specifications, architecture and design, as well as test specifications
Interdisciplinary collaboration with development, business units, and external partners, particularly in the areas of software, electronics, mechanics, and control engineering
Participating in quality assurance measures including system and acceptance tests
Advising business units on optimal use and further development of the systems
Anforderungen
Completed university degree (UNI/FH/HF) with specialization in Software, Systems Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
Experience in software maintenance and lifecycle engineering (LCE)
Experience with version control systems and ticketing systems
Experience in implementing software for embedded systems with C++
Analytical thinking and solution-oriented working
Teamwork and communication skills
Good English skills in speech and writing
