Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Manager to lead the strategic and operational rollout of commercial education programs for its Energy and Endomech platforms across the EMEA region.
This position serves as the strategic-operational leader for executing global commercial education initiatives within the EMEA territory. The role is responsible for converting regional strategies into actionable plans, overseeing tactical deployments across various markets, and ensuring that field teams are fully prepared and ready for product launches.
Responsibilities
- Convert the EMEA learning roadmap for Energy and Endomech into specific market-level deployment plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Prioritize deployment activities based on market impact, launch schedules, and readiness metrics in collaboration with leadership.
- Adapt global Endomech and Energy curricula for EMEA markets, accounting for language, clinical practices, and regulatory constraints.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of blended learning modalities, such as field-based courses, training center programs, simulation labs, virtual modules, and certification events.
- Establish and maintain a certified trainer network with documented coverage targets across EMEA markets.
- Lead train-the-trainer initiatives and uphold facilitator quality standards across all markets.
- Manage tactical learning deliverables for Endomech and Energy product launches in the EMEA region.
- Define and track program KPIs for deployments and report progress to stakeholders.
- Manage deployment budgets at the program level.
- Coach and develop high-performing cross-market educator capabilities.
- Ensure all commercial education activities comply with local regulations and Company Health Care Compliance policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6–8+ years progressive experience in healthcare/medical device commercial education, sales enablement or professional education.
- Fluency in English required.
- Comfortable with frequent travel across EMEA and working across time zones.
Nice to have
- Master’s preferred (Business, Education, Clinical, or related).
- EMEA multi-country experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Endomech/Energy products is strongly preferred.
- Additional EMEA language(s) advantageous.
