Responsabilités

• Support technical managers in their tasks and project follow-up
• Conduct tenders and prepare the implementation of works
• Plan and conduct maintenance, fitting-out, and building sanitation works for school and extracurricular buildings and ensure site follow-up
• Manage and monitor budgets allocated to maintenance and works operations
• Guarantee municipal objectives regarding energy performance and preservation of built heritage
• Ensure compliance with current regulations and safety standards

Profil recherché

• CFC of architectural drafter or equivalent title
• Federal diploma of technical building manager
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical and energy management of a building portfolio
• Professional experience in team management, project management, and site follow-up
