Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Client Solutions Consultant for its Sofia, Bulgaria office. The role focuses on managing client communications, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining high satisfaction levels in a BPO setting.

This position acts as the main liaison for German-speaking customers within a business process outsourcing framework. Based in Sofia, the consultant handles daily interactions to ensure client needs are met efficiently while fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing communications through phone, email, and live chat channels for German-speaking accounts.
• Evaluate customer requirements and provide personalized resolutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance overall satisfaction.
• Record all client interactions and outcomes accurately within the CRM database.
• Work with internal teams to address and resolve complex or escalated customer issues.
• Provide feedback on client experiences to help drive process improvements.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators related to response times and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements

• Native-level or fluent command of German in both written and spoken forms.
• Possession of a valid European Union passport.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, preferably within contact centers, BPO, or general customer service.
• Competence in using standard CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
