German Speaking Solutions Consultant - Work Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Solutions Consultant to provide remote customer support from Greece, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat while ensuring high service standards.

This position is embedded within a dynamic customer support services team operating remotely from Greece. The role focuses on delivering exceptional consultative support and service to a varied international client base in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Analyze customer problems and offer customized solutions.
• Document all client interactions using internal CRM and ticketing platforms.
• Work closely with technical support and account management teams to resolve issues.
• Spot trends in customer feedback and report recurring problems for escalation.
• Inform clients about available products, services, and self-service options.
• Follow service level agreements, quality standards, and compliance rules.
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• Possession of a valid EU passport is required for relocation and employment eligibility.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, demonstrated with empathy.
• High digital literacy, including experience with CRM platforms, helpdesk software, and standard office tools.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities effectively while working remotely.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in customer support, client-facing roles, or consultative support.
• Good command of English.
