German Speaking Customer Service Agent - Work Remote In Greece

Mercier Consultancy Group seeks a German-speaking Customer Service Agent to work remotely from Greece, providing high-quality support to clients via multiple channels.

This position acts as the main contact for German-speaking clients, ensuring they receive professional and empathetic assistance. The role is embedded within a remote Customer Support Services team operating out of Greece, focusing on delivering excellent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and courteous support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Keep up-to-date with all products, services, and internal processes relevant to the support portfolio.
• Record all customer interactions, cases, and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Forward complex or unresolved issues to senior agents or other internal departments as needed.
• Achieve and surpass key performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction scores, first-contact resolution rates, and response times.
• Work closely with team leaders and colleagues to drive continuous improvements in service quality.
• Adhere strictly to data privacy regulations and maintain high professional standards in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in both spoken and written German.
• Possession of a valid EU passport or citizenship.
• Good command of English for internal communication and training purposes.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace within Greece.
