Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer support via live chat, email, and phone for German-speaking users.

• Work with team members to meet service targets and maintain quality standards.
• Record customer interactions accurately in support systems for follow-up purposes.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
