Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels.
• Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Provide guidance and assistance regarding software solutions.
• Handle questions related to billing and account details.
• Record all customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
• Work with internal departments to enhance product support and service workflows.

Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
• English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
• Readiness to relocate to Greece for the duration of employment.
