Requirements

• Fluent German and solid English communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with CRM systems and support tools is preferred
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural environment
• Interest in the iGaming industry is a valuable asset
