This position serves as the primary point of contact for German-speaking players within the Riot Games ecosystem. The specialist is responsible for addressing technical, billing, and gameplay inquiries while upholding community guidelines and ensuring a positive player experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt and empathetic assistance to German-speaking users through chat, email, and ticketing channels.
• Troubleshoot and resolve account access, billing, technical, and gameplay-related issues.
• Act as an expert on Riot Games products, policies, and community standards.
• Forward complex or sensitive cases to specialized internal departments.
• Monitor and report patterns of abuse, fraud, or policy breaches within the community.
• Work with team leads and QA specialists to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of all player interactions in CRM and support systems.
• Attend team briefings, product training, and performance review sessions.

Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
• Possession of a valid EU passport for employment eligibility.
• Communicative level of English for internal team collaboration.
• Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, within a structured team environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as required by operational needs.
